The ordinary attribution window is 90 days.
The referral cookie:
- does not change the service price, except for promotions expressly indicated

7. Banner and consent collection
On first access, when non-strictly necessary cookies are present, Mobee displays a banner that allows the user to:
- accept all cookies
- reject all non-necessary cookies
- open settings
- choose individual categories
- read this Cookie Policy
Rejecting non-necessary cookies does not prevent use of the website’s essential features.
Accept and reject buttons must be presented clearly and accessibly, without making rejection unnecessarily more difficult.
No non-necessary analytics, advertising or profiling cookie must be installed before consent.
Mere continued browsing, scrolling or closing the banner does not constitute consent.
8. Withdrawal and modification of consent
The user may change or withdraw consent at any time through the link:
“Cookie settings”
which must be permanently available in the website footer.
Withdrawal:
- is free of charge
- must be as simple as giving consent
- does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- prevents future use of rejected cookies, except strictly necessary ones
9. Browser preferences
The user may delete or block cookies through their browser settings.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent:
- checkout
- retention of preferences
- use of the reserved area
- the proper functioning of some pages
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signals.
When required by applicable law and technically supported, Mobee treats such signals as a request to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
Because there is no uniform standard applicable everywhere, behaviour may vary depending on the jurisdiction and technical configuration.
11. Public venue pages
Public pages relating to menus, reservations and orders are hosted by Mobee but are configured by the relevant venue.
The venue may be the controller of the data collected through such pages.
The platform’s technical cookies remain managed by WebWise; any additional tools activated by the venue must be adequately documented and may not be installed in breach of consent settings.
12. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the user’s country.
When required, WebWise adopts:
- standard contractual clauses
- adequacy decisions
- contractual safeguards
- supplementary measures
- minimisation and encryption
Further information is contained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Updates to the Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated in the event of:
- new cookies
- changes of providers
- regulatory changes
- new features
- changes to duration or purposes
The actual list shown in the preferences panel must be kept up to date with the tools actually present.
